Common questions about Aunty’s Dispatch 💌
Why hasn’t my letter been shipped yet?
All Aunty’s Dispatch Club letters are shipped on the 16th of each month (AEST).
If you sign up anytime from the 1st–15th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s letter.
If you sign up on or after the 16th, your first letter will ship the following month.
I hand-pack every letter myself here in Lutruwita/Tasmania, so thank you for your patience!
When will I receive my letter? Can I track it?
Letters are sent via regular letter post (untracked) to keep shipping affordable.
Australia:
Most letters arrive within 2 weeks after the 16th.
International:
Letters usually arrive within 15–25 business days, depending on your country’s postal service.
If you haven’t received your letter within 4 weeks of shipping, please email me and I’ll help you out.
How much does shipping cost? 📦
Shipping is included in your membership price.
Australia: $13 AUD per month (shipping included)
International: $16 AUD per month (shipping included)

How can I update my address?
You can update your address anytime through your customer portal under your account.
If you get stuck or need help, feel free to email me at brandisalmonartist@gmail.com and I can update it for you before your letter ships.
What if my letter doesn’t arrive?
If your letter hasn’t arrived 4 weeks after shipping the 16th, please email me so I can organise a replacement.
I’m unable to resend letters if more than 2 months have passed, so please reach out promptly.
