Bubs Dispatch - A monthly snail mail club
November sign-ups NOW OPEN!
A mail club for the Bubs. Receive a little envelope of art, stories, culture and curiosity, delivered straight to your letterbox each month. 💌
Bubs Dispatch is a monthly snail mail club created especially for curious little minds aged 6 and up. It's a chance for children to slow down, get creative and discover stories about Aboriginal culture, identity and Blak history through art, activities and age-appropriate storytelling.
Created by Brandi Salmon, a Wiradjuri artist living and working on Palawa Country in Lutruwita (Tasmania, Australia), Bubs Dispatch brings a little piece of Brandi's art studio into children's homes, one envelope at a time.
Each month, little subscribers will receive a thoughtfully packed envelope filled with:
💫 An A6 art postcard an original artwork Brandi has created that month to collect, display, gift or send to someone special.
💫 A Blak History yarn a child-friendly story exploring Aboriginal history, culture, people and experiences, told in language that's easy for little ones to understand.
💫 Creative activity sheets fun, hands-on activities to encourage learning, imagination and a little bit of play.
💫 A special sticker a little something to keep, collect and decorate with.
💫 A personal yarn a little from Brandi, sharing stories and snippets from her world in Lutruwita.
Each month's Blak History yarn will explore something different. We might learn about Aboriginal people, culture and history, explore important stories from the past, or talk about everyday experiences of growing up Aboriginal.
Some stories will be drawn from Brandi's own childhood experiences as a Wiradjuri kid growing up away from her own Country, exploring what that felt like, the connections she carried with her and how she navigated the world around her. Other months might introduce little ones to important moments, people, traditions and stories from Aboriginal history.
Everything is shared in an age-appropriate, thoughtful and accessible way, making space for questions, conversations, creativity and learning.
And, of course, no Bubs Dispatch would be complete without a little bit of magic! Every envelope is hand-packed with love and sealed with Brandi's signature cuppa wax seal.

Commonly asked questions about Aunty's Dispatch
I have been charged twice but I have not received my first order?
