As one of Lutruwita's only artists specialising in live event and commissioned oil portraiture, Brandi’s work is in high demand. Commission bookings are now open for 2025 and 2026.

How it works
1. Enquiry & Quote
- Couples enquire with Brandi about their date and package choice.
- Brandi provides a tailored quote and issues an invoice.
- A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking.
- Every client signs a Live Wedding Painting Contract Agreement, so expectations are clear for both sides.
- Brandi also holds Public Liability Insurance for peace of mind.
2. Pre-Wedding Consultation
- At least one week before the wedding, Brandi meets with the couple (virtually or in person) for a consultation.
- Together, they discuss the vision for the painting, the event details, and where Brandi will be set up on the day.
- This ensures the couple knows exactly what to expect and can make any special requests in advance.
3. On the Day
- Brandi arrives at the venue and sets up in the pre-discussed location where guests can watch the artwork come to life.
- She paints live for a minimum of five hours, capturing the couple and the energy of the celebration.
- During the reception, guests often stop by to watch and admire the evolving masterpiece — it becomes part of the entertainment.
- Before leaving, Brandi does a special reveal of the painting for the couple, so they can see the likeness captured on the night.
4. After the Wedding
- The painting is taken back to Brandi’s studio for refinement.
- Couples can request special details to be added afterward (such as a pet, a family member, or another meaningful element).
- Brandi keeps clients updated with progress videos and behind-the-scenes glimpses while she works on the finishing touches.
- Paintings are typically completed within six weeks and sealed with a protective varnish.
5. Delivery
- Whenever possible, Brandi will personally hand-deliver the finished artwork.
- For couples based further away, the painting is carefully packaged and shipped.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
